Stacey Kulongowski is the Founder & CEO of The BND Group and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with nearly 30 years of experience in corporate America, including 13 years at Google, where she held a Director role, and 15 years in advertising.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University and a coaching certification from The Hudson Institute.

Stacey has coached hundreds of leaders, from rising talents to executives, helping them navigate challenges and achieve remarkable success. Her personalized approach creates a safe, empowering space for growth.

As an author, keynote speaker, and creator of immersive learning experiences, Stacey is dedicated to helping others unlock their full potential. She lives in Northville, Michigan, with her husband of 21 years, their three daughters, and a mini goldendoodle. Stacey is also a grateful two-time cancer survivor.

Her mission is to be the catalyst leaders need to get unstuck, develop extraordinary skills, and achieve goals they never dreamed possible.
